i started in branding, which is a polite way of saying i spent two years arguing about logos. then i moved into product and found out i liked the constraints more than the freedom.
these days i design fintech: savings, rewards, the boring screens people actually use at 11pm. i still keep the brand instincts around — they’re what makes a flow feel like it was made by someone.
outside work: video games i don’t finish, a film camera i can’t justify, and a growing pile of posters in the archive.

if the empty state, the error and the loading state aren’t designed, nothing else counts.
flows in the morning, type at night. i’d rather show you three rough versions on tuesday than one polished one on friday.
